RCIC.link is an online directory and profile management platform for licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs).

We do not provide immigration, legal, or professional advice.
Any content, materials, or tools made available through the Platform are offered as general information and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation with a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer.

  1. RCIC Profiles

Each RCIC profile displayed on RCIC.link is created and managed either by:
• The consultant directly (through their verified account), or
• Automatically from publicly available information in the CICC public register.

We strive to maintain accurate and current information, but we do not guarantee that all listings are complete, accurate, or up to date.
Users are encouraged to verify credentials directly through the official CICC Public Register.

  1. No Endorsement

RCIC.link does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any specific consultant, firm, or service listed on the Platform.
The presence of an RCIC profile does not imply endorsement or partnership.
All services provided by consultants are their sole responsibility.

  1. External Links

RCIC profiles and pages may include links to external websites or third-party platforms (such as custom domains owned by the RCIC).
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any external websites linked from RCIC.link.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCIC.link, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any:
• Losses or damages resulting from the use of, or reliance on, the Platform or any RCIC profile,
• Misrepresentation or inaccuracy of information provided by an RCIC, or
• Any business transactions, agreements, or outcomes between RCICs and their clients.

Users access the Platform at their own risk.

  1. No Client-Consultant Relationship

Use of RCIC.link does not establish a client–consultant or attorney–client relationship between visitors and any RCIC or between visitors and RCIC.link itself.
Communications through contact forms or profile links are directed to the RCIC, not to RCIC.link.

  1. Custom Domains and Hosted Pages

Some RCICs may connect their own custom domains to their RCIC.link profiles.
These domains and their content are the sole responsibility of the RCIC who owns them.
RCIC.link provides the hosting infrastructure only and does not monitor or verify the information published on custom domains.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
