Welcome to RCIC.link (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and features (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using RCIC.link, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

  1. Purpose of the Platform

RCIC.link is an online directory that lists Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and provides tools for them to claim, manage, and promote their professional profiles.
The Platform also helps members of the public discover and connect with licensed RCICs.
RCIC.link itself does not provide immigration services or advice.

  1. Eligibility

To claim or manage a profile, you must:
• Be a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), or
• Be an authorized representative of a licensed RCIC (with written permission).

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility criteria.

  1. Account Registration

To access certain features, RCICs must create an account using a valid email and verification method.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account providing false, misleading, or outdated information.

  1. Plans, Payments, and Renewals

RCIC.link offers both free and paid plans.

a. Free Plan

Basic RCIC profile with limited customization options.

b. Premium and Pro Plans

Paid plans may include enhanced features such as:
• Branded profile design
• Custom domain mapping
• Contact forms, testimonials, and additional sections

c. Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

d. Refunds

Setup fees (for initial page generation or domain activation) are non-refundable.
Monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except in cases where service was not delivered due to a verified technical error.

  1. Profile Ownership and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your RCIC profile, including text, images, contact information, and any claims or representations.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
• You own or have permission to use it.
• It does not infringe on any third party’s rights or violate laws.

We may remove or edit content that violates these Terms or damages the integrity of the Platform.

  1. Directory Data

RCIC.link imports and displays information from publicly available CICC data.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that listings are always up to date.
Users should verify RCIC status directly on the official CICC Public Register.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
• Use RCIC.link to impersonate another consultant or misrepresent credentials.
• Upload or transmit false, misleading, or promotional spam content.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy large portions of the site or data.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal.

  1. Intellectual Property

All text, design, code, and logos on RCIC.link are the intellectual property of the Platform owner unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the site without written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

RCIC.link is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or the generation of client leads.
In no event shall RCIC.link, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Legal or compliance reasons

You may also terminate your account at any time through your dashboard.

  1. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The most recent version will always be available at https://rcic.link/terms.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
