This Policy describes how RCIC.link (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles affiliate relationships, digital product sales, and other monetized content available through the Platform and the Resources section.

By accessing or purchasing any item, template, or recommendation from RCIC.link, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Affiliate Relationships

From time to time, RCIC.link may include affiliate links to third-party products or services.

When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

These commissions help support platform maintenance and free educational content.

Affiliate partnerships do not influence our recommendations.
We only feature tools we believe are relevant and valuable to licensed immigration professionals.
You should always verify pricing, features, and policies directly with the provider before making a purchase.

All content in the Resources section is provided for informational purposes only.
It does not constitute legal, financial, or immigration advice.
Product recommendations are based on independent research and personal experience.

  1. Digital Products and Templates

RCIC.link may sell downloadable digital assets such as Notion templates, checklists, or workflow planners.

a. Delivery

After payment is completed through our secure checkout (e.g., Stripe, Gumroad, or LemonSqueezy), you will receive an immediate download link or file access via email.

b. License

Digital products are licensed for personal or business use within your own practice.
They may not be redistributed, resold, or offered as part of another product or service without written permission.

c. Refunds

All digital sales are final and non-refundable, except when RCIC.link is unable to provide access to the purchased file or service due to a verified technical failure.
If delivery fails, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for assistance.

  1. Service-Based Purchases

If you purchase additional services such as:
- Profile upgrades (Premium / Pro)
- Custom domain setup or hosting
- Website design services offered through AK Web Solutions

those purchases are also non-refundable, except in cases where RCIC.link or its partner is unable to deliver or maintain the agreed service.
We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind or inactivity.

  1. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes may be applied based on your billing location and local regulations.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

RCIC.link is not responsible for:
- Performance or suitability of third-party products or services linked on the Platform;
- Any business or financial loss resulting from affiliate products;
- User error, misconfiguration, or misuse of purchased templates.

Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for that item or service.
