Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how payments, renewals, and refunds are handled for subscriptions and services offered by RCIC.link (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Free Accounts
Creating and claiming a basic RCIC profile on RCIC.link is free.
No payment information is required for free use.
2. Paid Plans
RCIC.link offers Premium and Pro paid plans with enhanced features such as custom design, branding, and domain integration.
All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider.
3. Renewals and Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your RCIC.link dashboard.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the current billing period ends.
4. Refunds
We strive for transparency and fairness in all payments.
Refunds are handled under the following conditions:
Type of Payment | Refund Eligibility |
---|---|
Setup or Custom Domain Fee | Non-refundable once the setup or SSL activation process has started. |
Monthly Subscription | Non-refundable after the billing period begins. |
Annual Subscription | Partial refunds may be considered if the service could not be delivered due to a verified technical issue. |
Service Failure | If a paid feature (e.g., domain mapping, SSL activation) fails due to a platform error, a full or partial refund may be granted upon verification. |
Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the payment date.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your dashboard.
Upon cancellation:
- Your upgraded features remain available until the end of the billing cycle.
- Your profile will revert to the Free Plan once the subscription expires.
- All associated data (custom design, domain, or extra pages) may be archived or removed after 30 days.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized or disputed transactions should first be reported to [email protected]
for resolution.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account and associated domains.
