Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how payments, renewals, and refunds are handled for subscriptions and services offered by RCIC.link (“we,” “our,” or “us”).


1. Free Accounts

Creating and claiming a basic RCIC profile on RCIC.link is free.
No payment information is required for free use.


2. Paid Plans

RCIC.link offers Premium and Pro paid plans with enhanced features such as custom design, branding, and domain integration.

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider.

We strive for transparency and fairness in all payments.
Refunds are handled under the following conditions:

Type of Payment Refund Eligibility
Setup or Custom Domain Fee Non-refundable once the setup or SSL activation process has started.
Monthly Subscription Non-refundable after the billing period begins.
Annual Subscription Partial refunds may be considered if the service could not be delivered due to a verified technical issue.
Service Failure If a paid feature (e.g., domain mapping, SSL activation) fails due to a platform error, a full or partial refund may be granted upon verification.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the payment date.
