Why your name is here
RCIC.link lists every consultant on the CICC public register. Your name, your licence number and your city came from there. Nothing was taken from you, and nothing was bought from anyone.
It exists because people check. Someone who has your name wants to know you are real and licensed before they write to you. The College's own search page is not somewhere most people think to look. Your page is there so they find something.
Are you part of the CICC?
No. We are not connected to the College in any way, and they have not endorsed us. We publish what their public register publishes, and we link back to it so anyone can check for themselves. The disclaimer sets this out in full.
There are three levels. The first one is free.
Free — claim your listing. You get control of the page. Add a photo, a short bio, the services you offer, answers to the questions clients keep asking. Turn on a contact form so people can write to you without your email address sitting on a page for spammers to find. No card, no expiry, and it is not a trial of anything.
Pro — $95 a year. The same page, but yours alone. No RCIC.link header or footer, no other consultants listed beside you, your choice of design, your own colour, and a link to your booking calendar.
Premium — $195 a year. Everything in Pro, on your own web address, plus the designs kept for Premium and control of how your page looks in search results.

"AI can build me a website for free. Why would I pay you?"
It can, and the websites are decent. If all you need is a page, you do not need us to make one.
Here is what it does not give you.
Nobody knows it is there. A brand new website has no visitors. No one links to it, no one searches for it, and it takes a long time to change that. Your listing here is already published on a site built around one question: is this consultant real? That is not something a better AI fixes. It has nothing to do with the page.
It cannot vouch for you. Anyone can put "RCIC" and a number on a website. Your clients know that — it is why they check, and why unlicensed advisers are such a problem in this field. Your page here is built from the College's register and links to your entry on it. That is somebody other than you confirming who you are. A website you made yourself cannot do that, however good it looks.
It hands you a finished file, not something that keeps working. Which is the next part.
What you never have to deal with
This is the part that costs people money later rather than today.
Nothing to update. Nothing to secure. Your page is just a page. There is no software running behind it, no database, no plugins, no admin login. There is nothing to break into, and nothing that needs a security update. You will never get an email telling you your site is out of date, because there is nothing to update.
Changing a line takes a minute. With a site an AI built, every small change sends you back to the tool. Ask again, check what it did, put the new version online. Almost nobody is still doing that six months later. It is why so many consultants' websites still show an office they left in 2021. Here you sign in and change the sentence.
No hosting, no renewals, no forms to wire up. You will never buy hosting, renew a certificate, set up DNS, or sign up for a form service to make your contact form work. Enquiries come to your email and stay in your dashboard, so a message is never lost because a mail server had a bad day.
You cannot get locked out. You sign in with a link sent to the email address the College already has for you. There is no password to forget, and no web designer who registered your domain in their own name and stopped answering. A listing nobody touches for two years is still a working listing.
"I could just pay someone to build me a WordPress site."
You could, and building it is cheaper. The years afterwards are not.
A WordPress site is software that somebody has to keep updated. Every change to the design after it launches is another invoice. The usual ending is not a hacked website. It is a website nobody has touched since the day it went live, because touching it costs money and whoever built it has moved on.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your page stays online. You go back to the free level. Anything above the free limits is hidden from the page, but never deleted. Subscribe again and it all comes back exactly as you left it. You do not lose your listing, your web address, or your work.

I already have a website. Does this replace it?
No, and you should keep it. Your listing links out to your site. One is where people look you up; the other is where you send them once they trust you.
How do I get my listing taken down?
Email [email protected] from the address on your register entry and ask. We remove it from the directory and from search.
If the listing is fine and you only want the enquiries to stop, claim it and switch the contact form off. Or ask us, and we will do it for you.
